My BABY is no longer a baby...she's a FIVE year old now. It just doesn't seem possible. What a sweet girl God surprised us with! Ivy is by far the smallest, sweetest, and most spunky of our kids. She comes across shy (and she can be) but she loves to be the center of attention and she loves to perform and can be loud and silly! Don't get me wrong, she is Mommy's Girl and will cling to me when the moment suits her to act like a baby! And as sweet as this little toot can be, she knows how to use that to not get into trouble when she has actually been the culprit (see also: lying, hitting, pretending she didn't do anything wrong)... I know, I know...how dare I say such things about this sweet little thing!? Ok, back to Ivy's birthday bash! Ivy's birthday was a busy one! She started her day with a well-visit doctor's appointment and has grown over 4-inches in a year!! She was only supposed to grow 2 inches but she's an over-achiever and may be like her mama after all! Then she had her birthday party at Funky Monkey Pottery and ALL her sweet friends came! After her party our church had a get-together for the children at Maggie's Jungle Golf! What a big day to turn 5!
