everything is bigger in TEXAS!!

(including this post!)

For Christmas, Grandma bought the kids and me plane tickets to come visit them in Texas at Spring Break! We made all kinds of memories while we were there and here are a bunch of pictures to help remember them!

I won't lie: I was a tad nervous to fly by myself with the kids...but they were PERFECT!

Grandma and Grandpa's pool was frigid! But the girls had no problem making it fun! And Grandpa pretended to "turn on the heat" from an app on his phone... the girls believed it! Even Finn enjoyed it for a bit (see below) but Keagan was not as amused by the cold temps!

Keagan the Dog Whisperer - he had pups all over him all week

Crew and Grandma and Grandpa's new puppies Sterling and Archer

Grandma is great at setting up fun things to do: she took us to a minor league baseball game and we had so much fun! AND it was a special Kids Day so there were inflatables!

We made it on the big screen!

More swimming....!

One of MY favorite things to do was getting to teach my boys to play pool! I enjoyed spending time with them...and we played soccer and football together. I rarely have time to just play with my kids because of all the life we do when we are at home, it was fun to hang out with these kiddos!

So much fun she fell asleep!

Yahtzee!!

check out the Grandma photo bomb!

Another day another adventure: tie-dying shirts!

Cotton Candy Time!!!

Ivy loves to know what color her tongue is after eating things!

I reallllllly wanted to take some cute pictures of my girls in the blue bonnets. Of course, it was super bright (squinty eyes) and there are fire ants in the blue bonnets (fear and tears)...so my idea didn't pan out. Oh well...they turned out ok I guess.

The boys needed a picture with the bear at Bass Pro!!

Fancy bowling at The Fish Bowl! The kids had so much fun and I think Grandma did too! (for the record: Finn won! haha!)

My favorite part was all the after-turn reactions!!! So funny!
