Disneyland or BUST!

There is a long and convoluted story how we ended up taking the kids to Disneyland (versus Disney World, which is significantly closer to us) and I don't know that any of it really makes sense. But, back in April we went ahead and booked flights to California. Then we found a hotel package and bought tickets for the parks and the Halloween party. On one hand it really didn't make a whole of sense to fly our family of 6 to California for a little time with Mickey and Minnie, but on the other hand it made perfect sense. The best part of the planning of this trip is we really didn't plan an awful lot! We just went with it. This part actually worried me a little as we neared departure because when we took the boys to Disney World 5 years ago, every second of our trip was pre-planned. But everyone told me to just go with it, and enjoy the ride. So we did! Here we go, Disneyland or Bust!!
Look at this happy and excited family of 6, on the airplane at 6am! Too bad the excitement wore off rather quickly and the flight was 4+ hours long! I feel so bad for the people sitting around us....
This young lady did wonderfully on the flight. She played playdoh, colored, ate snacks.
This one. Well, let's just say THANK GOD SHE'S CUTE. She was miserable the whole plane ride and couldn't get settled.
Bless. (my heart. and those around us)
These two were AWESOME!
We touched down in Los Angeles, I put Ivy in the front pack and she immediately fell asleep. Wouldn't sleep on the plane...noooooo.
Patiently waiting for ALL our luggage, car seats, and stroller!
Before we headed to Anaheim, we decided to take the kids to the Pacific Ocean.
We stopped at a Target right near Disneyland. Ivy couldn't get enough of this Daisy Duck toy. So, of course it became hers!
