blueberry pickin'

Josh has been talking about picking blueberries for several weeks, and watching facebook for posts about them being ready. So the other evening when he got home from work we loaded up the kids and went and picked blueberries. I will be 100% honest, I wasn't looking forward to it. We have been under a heat advisory for several days and I am still anxious about getting out with Ivy and Maclyn and all the kids. I just didn't know what to expect, but it was a good time. And the kids had a ball and Maclyn was fine to roam. And Ivy slept through it all. AND storms were rolling in so the temperature was actually pleasant.
