Oh Fall Break! This was a vacation for the memory books. We booked our same condo as last year in Orange Beach, Alabama, and got a heck of a deal. We convinced our three best friend families to join us and it didn't take much before everyone else was booked in the same condo! Unfortunately one of the families (the Murphys) won an elk hunt in Eastern KY during the same week and so that changed their plans. We were super sad that they couldn't go and tried to get them to change their minds (but that was pointless because their elk hunting opportunity was once in a life-time - AND - their daughter got a HUGE elk!! so it worked out).
Despite our 4th set of friends not being able to go to Orange Beach with us, we had an amazing trip! So much food, so much sand, so much fun! The kids got along well and it was an easy trip with the adults! Everyone did their own thing and when it worked out, we did our own thing together!
